You explain your side. They explain theirs. For a while, it feels settled.
Then it comes up again. Who makes time for whom. How money gets spent. Who reaches for the other first.
You still care about each other. You're tired of ending up here.
What needs to change, and what does each of you actually need?
XYZ gives you a way to look at those differences, one by one, with both people's answers in the picture.
You can talk for hours and still wonder how you'd fit into each other's lives.
How much time you'd make for each other when work gets busy.
What commitment means to each of you. Whether the futures you want have room for each other.
XYZ gives those questions a place, so you can explore the expectations behind the connection.
Being wanted. Having room to yourself.
Someone who follows through. A future you can both picture.
Your XYZ profile helps you put those needs into words, separate essentials from preferences, and work on the habits you want to bring into your next relationship.

You can start with yourself. Comparing compatibility with someone else needs both sets of answers.
Imagine you need more affection than your partner naturally gives. They may feel close and content while you're left wanting more.
XYZ looks at that fit from both sides: what you need compared with what they say they give, and what they need compared with what you say you give. The things each of you marks as important help shape the reading.
That's why you can have two different compatibility scores, and why the explanation matters as much as the number.
You want physical affection more often than your partner says they usually offer it.
What kinds of affection help each of us feel close, and what feels comfortable for both of us?
Work through questions about your life, needs and preferences in stages. Further answers add detail to your profile. Your individual answers stay private.
Invite your partner with a code. They answer independently. Once both sets of answers are available, XYZ compares your fit. If you're single, your profile and individual growth work stand on their own.
Explore the differences behind your reading and use your growth plan to choose what to work on. That might be asking for support more clearly, changing a routine, or discussing an expectation you've never agreed on.

XYZ grew out of Brian Shkodrani's relationship-coaching practice. It brings a structured way to explore the questions people struggle to answer together: what each person needs, how the two fit, and where to put their effort.
The framework looks across six dimensions of life and connects the assessment to practical growth work. You can see what your reading is based on, including which methods draw on published research and which are founder-defined.
